At Smart Sprout, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that finding your perfect fit is as easy and sustainable as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will notify you once our warehouse receives and inspects your return.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
